  • How can I book a Tour with Barcelona Tours?
    For adults, go to the "Book Online" page, choose one of the available dates for the chosen tour, click on the start time of the Tour and the procedure to follow for online payment will appear.< /p> You can also choose a Tour from the Home page or from the Tours ->I Our Tours /Special Tours page. Click on “Book Now” and you will be directed to the calendar, where you will have to select the start time of the Tour and click “Next”. A form will appear that you will have to fill in with your data to proceed with the payment. Once the payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • How can I book a tour for children with Barcelona Tours?
    Next to or below the Tour for adults, there is the same Tour with the mention "Children". Click on it and perform the same procedure as for adults.
  • Until when can I book a Tour?
    Up to 48 hours before. (The schedule is calculated based on the time zone in which the Tour takes place).After this period of time, you will have to wait for the next scheduled Tour of the same type.
  • What methods of payment are accepted?
    Credit/debit card. Exclusively for "Tailor-made tours" a bank transfer is required.
  • How do I make the payment for a "Tour to suit you", once I receive the confirmation?"
    You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of the bank checking account where you will make the transfer. We remind you that for this type of payment it is necessary to book at least one week in advance.
  • How do I enter a discount code?
    Go to the "Online Booking" page, choose one of the available dates for the tour you want to participate in, click on the time and you will see a form to fill in with your data. Before proceeding to checkout, click "Add a promotional code", enter the code, and click "Apply".

  • Is there a special price for children?
    Children from 0 to 4 years old do not pay, and from 5 to 12 years old they enjoy a reduced rate. We remind you that minors are admitted only and exclusively if they are accompanied by an adult.
  • Is there a minimum and/or maximum number of participants for each Tour? And for a private tour?
    Yes. The minimum number of participants is 4 adults, while the maximum is 15 adults. For a Private Tour, there is no minimum. The maximum is 15 participants. As far as Tours by car are concerned, the minimum is 4 and the maximum is 7 participants.
  • In which languages can I book a Tour with Barcelona Tours?
    In Barcelona Tours the available languages are: Spanish, English, Italian and French.
  • Can I book a Tour just for me and my family?
    Yes, of course. Contact us by e-mail or choose the Tour you prefer, fill in this form and we will manage your request. We remind you that for this type of Tour it is necessary to make a reservation a week in advance and make the payment by bank transfer.

  • How soon will I receive a response from Barcelona Tours?
    We will reply as soon as possible, within 48 hours. However, depending on the volume of work, small delays could occur, as we, as guides, to guarantee an optimal quality of service, will only answer outside the hours of the Tours. If the 48 hours have already passed, do not hesitate to write to us again.
  • What happens if I book a Tour and I can't go?
    In Barcelona tours you can cancel for free up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. After this period of time, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded. However, in case of cancellation of the Tour by the company (eg lack of participants, health provisions, force majeure) you will get a full refund.
  • What happens if the weather conditions are not favourable?
    In case of rain, the Tour will take place normally. If, in case of strong storms, the Tour is cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Is insurance included to cover me during the Tour?
    No. This service is not included. Although normally our Tours are safe, we cannot guarantee that accidents will not occur involuntarily and/or occasionally. Therefore, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for each person who wants to be 100% covered during their stay.
